Self Reflection with Thought Questions
Lately I have been subscribing/reading a blog called Thought Questions, which posts really interesting, thought provoking questions.
As I love self reflection and gaining insight, I love getting the email and thinking about how I would answer.
So, I intend to post some of my faves here, along with my answer. Please check out the blog too, as it is full of awesome questions.
So here is todays
Question:
Answer: I hope, with all my heart, that I am a mum by this time next year. Probably on maternity leave from my private practice job, at home with the baby still, but fully qualified and finished my registrar program. Hopefully my husband will also be in a job he loves and we will be thinking about working part time so that each of us gets to both go to work and stay at home with the baby.

Self reflection always appeals to me, so I thought I would give it a go. I'm just going through them at my own pace now.

Mini Review Time !!!
Here are a few things that I have been particularly pleased with lately - and a quick review of each.
Aeroplane Jelly Gooey Chocolate Topping. This is a really rich, quite thick
chocolate topping. We’ve been eating this on waffles and its a new fave.
I also love that it comes in the squeeze bottle, so we don’t get that
crusty dried leftovers around the rim.
Purewick Vanilla Bean air freshener. This is from Aldi and has the most lovely
real vanilla scent. I often find that vanilla air fresheners dont have
the ‘warmth’ of vanilla. This one does. I love it.
Wattle Valley 'Delish Dips' in Baby Spinach and Feta. I dont even like spinach, but this dip has a lovely feta/sour cream flavour, with spinach through it. Lovely eaten with turkish bread.

Mudgeeraba spice – Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) mix. We bought a jar of this mix
late last year and have had it at least fortnightly ever since. This
makes the most delicious curry you will ever have. And the smell wafting
through the house once you get the ginger, garlic and spice in the pan
is heavenly.
Woolworths Select Garlic Crackers. I love these crackers, they have a decent
garlic flavour, are crispy and perfect with cheese.

Answer: Every time I watch a nature documentary I learn something that blows my mind. One that really stands out is that a reindeer's eye colour changes with the seasons/light levels - I love that, it just appeals to me so much.

Like a bird.
I absolutely love Lim Heng Swee's stuff. This is one of my faves.
I'm really keen to get a few of his artworks for my office.
